There are many diffrent ways to gain ranks in the -=|PC|=- Airsoft team. Here is a list of the diffrent ways to reach each rank.
Private - Rank you start on.
Private First Class - NCO see's a possibilty for upgrade to Corporal -or- 20 or more kills and half or less amount of deaths that your kills.
Special Ops - Chosen By Phoenix Connection Leader to be a Spec Ops Soldier. Requires owning your own AEG and having substantial rank in -=|PC|=-
Corporal - NCO chooses you in your squad for position -or- 30 or more kills and half or less amount of deaths than your kills.
Seargent - Upgraded by squad leader -or- 50 or more kills and half or less amount of deaths than your kills.
Staff Seargent - Upgraded by squad leader -or- 60 or more kills and half or less amount of deaths than your kills.
Master Seargent - Upgraded by squad leader -or- 70 or more kills and hald or less amount of deaths by your kills.
Seargent 1st Class - Leads a squad of Phoenix Connection.
1st Lieutenant - Chosen to lead the Phoenix Connection.
Now here are the roles of the diffrent ranks.
Private - Follow orders in your squad.
Private First Class - Continue following orders well and show skill.
Special Ops - Sent on one man missions. Mainly Sniping.
Corporal - Third in command of your squad. If your NCO is hit, take control.
Seargent - NCO, Many times the second in command of a squad. Shows lots of leadership
Staff Seargent - Rank above Seargent. Can be second in command.
Master Seargent - Rank above Staff Seargent. Shows lots of initiative.
Seargent 1st Class - Leads a squad. May designate squad mates to different jobs or may demote/promote his soldiers.
1st Lieutenant - Lead the Phoenix Connection Team.
